  • Leave Applications: Prior written permission from parents/guardians via the school diary is mandatory for planned absences. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be submitted upon return.
  • Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year is required to appear for term examinations, in compliance with CBSE directives.
2. Uniform & Personal Hygiene

  • School Uniform: All students must wear the prescribed, clean, and properly ironed school uniform on all working days and official events.
  • Grooming:

    • Hair must be kept neat, well-groomed, and naturally styled (boys must maintain short hair; girls with long hair must tie it back securely).
    • Nails must be trimmed clean and free of polish.
    • Wearing jewelry, expensive accessories, or non-uniform attire is strictly prohibited.
3. Discipline & Campus Conduct

  • Respect & Courtesy: Courtesy and respectful behavior toward teachers, staff members, visitors, and fellow peers are non-negotiable.
  • Language: English is the primary medium of communication on campus to help students develop strong language proficiency.
  • School Property: Damaging, defacing, or vandalizing school property (desks, walls, library books, lab equipment) will result in strict disciplinary action and financial recovery from parents.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, sharp objects, and unauthorized cash or valuable items are strictly banned on school grounds. Confiscated items will only be returned to parents.
4. Academic Integrity & Examinations

  • Students must arrive prepared with necessary textbooks, stationery, and assignments daily.
  • Plagiarism, copying, or using unfair means during assessments, class tests, or term examinations will result in an immediate zero score and parent notification.
5. Transportation & Safety

  • Students utilizing school bus transport must maintain discipline while waiting at stops and during transit.
  • Standing on footboards, extending hands/heads outside windows, or shouting inside buses is strictly prohibited.
